I guess I'm finished listening to the CD's. I did each one for 3 weeks. So far I am doing great!! I have to admit to being a little nervous about relapsing, but I will just take it one day at a time for now.

I want to thank you for this experience. I was a bit anxious coming into your office the first time, not knowing what to expect. Although I do believe in hypnosis, I was wary of whether or not it would actually work for me to stop my lifelong nail biting/nail picking habit.
